Who am I and why do I help through Radical Forgiveness?
My name is Anna. For many years, I searched for answers to questions like:
"Why do I keep returning to old wounds?"
"How can I forgive when my heart still hurts?"
"Is it really possible to free myself from the past?"
Discovering Colin Tipping's Radical Forgiveness was a turning point. Through this method, I healed my relationship with myself, with others, and with life. Today, I support people like you – with openness, understanding, and full commitment.
✅ I am a certified facilitator of the Radical Forgiveness method
✅ I regularly work with clients individually
✅ I have personally gone through the process – I know what it looks like from the inside
If you want to begin your journey, I’m here to accompany you.

My Story with Radical Forgiveness
My own journey began during a personal crisis. When my life came to a standstill – problems in relationships, health, and a sense of purpose – I discovered the method of Radical Forgiveness. What initially seemed like just a technique for working with emotions transformed into a profound spiritual transformation.

My Experience and Qualifications
As a student of positive psychology, I continuously expand my knowledge with the latest research and methods that support mental well-being. My academic background perfectly complements my practical experience in working with emotions.

Working with Children
A special place in my practice is dedicated to working with children. I help the youngest recognize, name, and express their emotions in a healthy way. Through age-appropriate techniques and play, I teach children how to cope with difficult feelings and how to build the foundations of emotional resilience for life.
What is Radical Forgiveness?
Radical Forgiveness is a method that allows you to free yourself from negative emotions and transform difficult experiences into lessons for personal growth. It helps release regret, anger, and a sense of injustice.
How Can We Work Together?
Today, I accompany others on their journey to inner peace. In my work, I combine:
An empathetic approach
Mindfulness practices
Proven transformational tools
Elements of positive psychology
I believe that everyone possesses the inner power to heal their life. Sometimes, all we need is a guide to help us through this process.
